Seriously, go to TopRank.com and tell me I'm wrong.
Well, they sure ain't doin' nothin' to try and promote him on that website. They aren't gettin' him fights either. Floyd needs to figure out some way of getting out from under whatever contract he's got with Top Rank, and get himself a new promoter. The wonderful W.orld of B.unco and C.hicanery. Real fine major pile of crap.

I couldn't agree with you more. I hope DLH steals all of Arum's fighters except Floyd. Cause I want Floyd to fight DLH eventually, and I'd think that'd be a major conflict of interest.

Of course, so is Don King promoting fights where both fighters are managed by Carl King...*sighs*

Damn we need to get an NBA of boxing started. It'd end the need for sanctioning bodies and promoters. Fights would be scheduled in a league type setting. Boxing would climb back to network TV. No more PPV. It'd be boxing paradise.

This fight could still possibly happen, the nogoatations could continue today and could get signed for all we know.

Mayweather needs a fight with a Gatti to gain respect from mainstream fans and gain popularity. He's beaten everyone he's faced, but he can't draw more than 5,000 fans to an indoor fight in Las Vegas? 140 is one of the most talent-rich divisions in boxing. If Gatti's a bum, Floyd should jump to beat him and set himself up to headline PPVs. Fights with Bruseles's will not increase the excitement level towards a guy that's a p4p top 10. He's not going to be able to get in with some big names at 140 or 147 by simply going over his 135 lb. resume. At least not right away...
