The wbo makes its belt holder automatic mandatory when moving up. If Andrade moved to 168 he would be Canelos mandatory. Why he doesn’t is a mystery.

I think the promoters are trying to make these new guys into the next big things so i don't think the ones that are marketable are going to get title shots any time soon .Comment

How does he supposed to a get a title if none of the top guys are willing to fight him? In addition, I cannot think of a single instance of any of the top dogs in the welterweight division ever calling this kid out.
Out of all the current titleholders no one is willing to give him a title shot; Not even Terence Crawford. He is going to have to become someone's mandatory first before receiving a title shot..
Besides, both Keith Thurman and Danny Garcia are already on record stating that they won't fight him either.Comment

A nobody with a padded record. Only 4 out of his nearly 40 opponents have Wikipedia articles. Yawn. Could be another bum hunting American fraud that swerves every legit opponent for 1 years.
wake me up when he has a decent fight scheduledComment

Ok; fine! That's cool. He doesn't have a belt. However, can you name a current title holder or contender who is willing to fight him at the moment so he can get a belt? I can't think of one can you?

Ennis problem as I've stated is he does not have a power broker behind him. He's not with one of the top promoters/advisors and that prevents from certain fights happening. But he's rated high in multiple organizations so he should become a mandatory challenger soon.
If you were Thurman or Garcia, why would you fight someone like Ennis who is not a big name at all and does not bring a huge payday.......while being a potential phenom? If you were managing those two, give me the reason you would want them to fight Ennis? Go!Comment

How? Position himself to become the mandatory challenger as Spence did with Brook. Which of the top WWs were giving Spence a shot before he got a title? Once he got the title and proved to be a draw, then he got the fights he wanted.

It wasn't until he made a name for himself and became a Draw until the other current welterweights began to call him out: Like Shawn Porter, Danny Garcia and Keith Thurman.
In addition, I agree. If Ennis had a promoter who was willing to throw a lot a money at one of these titleholders like $10M to either Spence, Crawford or Ugas then perhaps he would get his shot at a title rather a lot sooner than later.
