This is a fight that is simple to analize.

Guerrero is the better boxer, but RIcky have more power, better chin and better body work.

WIth that said if Guerrero doesnt KO Rocky in the first 6 rounds(Wich I think its what going to happend) then Rocky will teair him up a new one bigger than the grand Canyon and TKos him in the 11!!!!!!
