Hearn just is throwing Bivol's name out there for Canelo but that's not his grand plan...He wants Bivol to fight Ryder next and then if he wins, he wants him to fight Buatsi in the first half of 2022. Hearn clearly believes Bivol is there for the taking and wants to save his belt for Buatsi.

Canelo is the obvious goal and it makes sense that after clearing out 168 he might want to attempt the same at 175.

Bivol vs Ryder/Buatsi/Smith are alright fights, nothing amazing but I'd watch them.

Bivol is the best matchup out there for Canelo. It’s the fight I’d like to see most, although I do think Benevidez deserves the whooping Yildrim got. Beterbiev, Jermall, Andrade are all in the running too, all good fights too. I just hope no tunes up, no more
