There is no evidence to suggest Fury hits harder than he used to, more that he was able to control the fight v Wilder (who can't fight on the back foot), and confirmed he certainly has heavy hands (and a heavy body!), which isn't surprising considering his size. There wasn't massive evidence of knockout power however.
