He KOed Bryant Jennings, who Wlad had just fought prior and UD. Joyce also just fought him and beat him with a UD.

He KOed Dave Allen in 7 rounds, who Whyte beat via UD in 10 rounds in the fight prior.

He seems to be a bigger puncher than virtually anyone you listed above him, lol.

You are so stupid, and so pathetic.
Takam and Pulev aren’t power punchers .

Thompson was well past it and retired after that fight he was 44 the age Ortiz is probably past now ? Ha

Wlad Klitschko is a weaker puncher then Ortiz ?

He did not knock out Allen he actually was still standing .and Jennings was still relatively green when Ortiz fought him right after his initial loss he only had 18 fights under him .

What traps did you set ,you have to be smart to do that going by your logic Fury hits harder because he stopped Hammer and Ortiz didn’t ?

        Fury beat Wilder.
Usyk beat Joshua who is better than anyone Wilder has beaten.
Joshua Beat numerous top 10's, better resume.
Whyte beat numderous top 10's, better resume.
Ruiz beat Joshua who is better than anyone Wilder has beaten.

Wilder is still unproven, who's best win is another unproven fighter.

This is really going to hurt that posters brain, way to much thinking is required for that one .

At this point anything after the top two can be debated.
            1) Fury
            2) Usyk
            3) AJ 4) Wilder
            5) Whyte

That's not to say that's the best 5, but who deserves to be there at the moment. Guys like Hrgovic, Sanchez, Wallin, Hunter, etc. need to get notable wins before they creep into top 5.

Just part of the insane tribalism in boxing (and on this site) - it gets people into taking the weirdest positions. As you said, Ortiz is a really good fighter. I knew Wilder was legit enough when he got the KO over Ortiz in fight 1.

Before then I still had questions but Wilder has a lethal punch and a lot of heart/toughness. Going 12 rounds with him is not so easy.

Whose*. You're not smart, the more you try to act smart, the more obvious it is.

Fury is obviously number 1 at HW right now.

Usyk just said that AJ wasn't even close to his toughest fight, lol.

Usyk has a claim to be number 2 but who knows if he can avoid Wilder's right hand for 12 rounds. You could slightly favor Usyk right now just based on recent momentum, but it would definitely be his toughest fight in many ways.

I don't think AJ is necessarily better than Ortiz. I could see them going 1-1 if they fought.

AJ's 'resume' is largely smoke and mirrors.

                Whyte's is similar.

All those UK guys do, besides Fury, is fight at home and get unimpressive decisions with everything in their favor. Sometimes they even lose. When they do step out of their comfort zone, they have very poor results. Even losing to a guy like Andy Ruiz.

Ruiz's win over AJ says a lot more about AJ than Ruiz.

The fact that you believe in Whyte at all says all you need to know about you. That you believe any hype about UK fighters. The UK formula of dredging up some shot/not good guy with a name, only to have their 'star' fight him at home, and basically still only fight them to a standstill, seems to have had the desired effect on you, and many others.

You guys are so desperate to have great fighters that you will latch on to literally anyone.

The shame of it is you have some great fighters there, like Fury now. And you can't even figure out who is really good, when it is obvious.

How are you so pathetic, as to double down on your very stupid answer?

You said Ortiz wasn't a puncher. I said Ortiz KOed a guy, that Wlad, immediately prior, could not KO. For the very low IQ (you), this is evidence that Ortiz is in fact a good puncher.
If Takam and Pulev aren't power punchers, you must be saying that AJ has avoided punchers largely as well. Takam, Pulev, 40 year old Povetkin, Usyk, Ruiz twice, Parker. Those are AJ's last 7 fights. Ortiz is pretty clearly the biggest puncher out of that current group.

Besides 42 year old Wlad, Molina, Breazeale, and Charles Martin are the other 10 last fighters on AJ's list. All of them basically at home. The second he stepped out of his comfort zone he lost to a little fay boy in humiliating fashion.

Tyson Fury is 6'9 275, he hits plenty hard lol. As anyone who has faced him could tell you. Wilder just faced him 3 times btw. He wasn't shying away from that, even after he was TKOd in fight 2.

Everyone in this sport today, that has a little star power, is protected. But no one has really been as protected as AJ. Canelo is right there too but AJ hasn't been nearly as impressive in his fights as Canelo has lately.

If those are your bottom 4, how do you have Fury number 1?

AJ would be 2-2 vs those 4. Whyte 0-1. Ruiz 1-1. Usyk 1-0, and with a win over the guy who has a win over the other 2.

Yet you have Fury one and he hasn't even faced any of those guys? Lol
