  • Fury vs WIlder 3 PPV buys projection

I'm hearing it did between 250-300k.

    Can anyone confirm this?

    Terrible numbers.

After all the savage beating Wilder took - he’s walking home with less than $7m. Add that with the $9m from the 2nd fight and he basically took $16m to ruin his career when he could have taken $120m to fight AJ.

Dumbest boxer in the history of boxing.
El_Mero El_Mero Gypshot Gypshot like this.

No clue on the PPV buys but both Wilder and Fury are getting $19M for Saturday's fight. It was in the rematch clause.

You and whoever came up with these numbers failed maths in school.

        1. The rematch was 60/40 split. So how did they make the same money?

        2. The fight didn’t gross $19m from gates and PPV. So how are the going to pay both $19m apiece?

        3. What companies do you know that run a business at huge loss?

These people just throw out ridiculous numbers like people are uneducated, lol. Yes, plenty of boxing fans are uneducated but that doesn’t mean everyone is.

Wilder would be lucky to get $7m in that fight despite the savage beating he took.

I’m guess it to be around 500k - 700k, anything less is a failure IMO.

Except DAZN’s money was funny and that deal would’ve been canceled just like canelo and ggg.

Let’s not forget that when calling someone dumb.

That’s because they didn’t want to fight each other.

Why would they cancel a fight as huge as that?

****Em I understand your point in the initial post just don’t forget DAZN defaulted on all its big deals.

Let’s stop acting like wilder turned down 100 mil cash. He turned down a deal from a startup without bonafide finances.
