Great fighter, but not ATG. Maybe if he were to win a belt at WW or JrWW or/and beat Cherry Picking Floyd then there can be a debate on it.

JMM is an ATG. He is one of the best 126lbers and is very underrated. He is top 100 no doubt. Marquez is better than Oscar ever was.
