He also comes off as arrogant to me. He's obviously skilled dude and I thought he'd be too much for Ajagba but I will be pulling for someone to spark him out.
4truth It wasn’t a slip, the replay showed the punch landed knocked him down ,at no time was it a trip or slip ,he got clipped right on the chin and Sanchez buckled .

Ive heard his interviews,I don’t know seems very nice and humble ,Efe definitely showed more arrogant behavior leading up to this .

Unimpressive tbh. But this is the heavyweight division.

Efe touched him with a jab and Sanchez loaded up a big hook and completely missed causing him to fall. From where I was sitting the only thing the jab had to do with it was it triggered the I’ll fated hook.

There was contact to the chin but it looked like momentum from Sanchez' swing and miss caused the fall. I don't recall seeing knees buckle. Even if it was the punch, Frank didn't seem phased by it. The announcers were trying to convince people there was still drama and uncertainty at hand when there really wasn't.

I didn't catch much of the buildup to the fight. Surprising that Ajagba came off arrogant, the other interviews I saw/read from him he always seemed like a decent guy. Sanchez has come across as arrogant to me in the past, I remember him clowning in the Dawejko fight as he postshotted his way to victory.

He was asked if he would be interested in a future A.J fight but insisted he’s done with 2 losses . Now he’s one loss from retirement if we went on his smug brush off to a very great former champion A.J . I always found a certain arrogance about him regarding his own abilities, I remember before the Kiladze fight he was also putting himself over A.J but that took his ego a few notches down as he got clobbered good in that one but luckily got the win .

Yea that jab definitely caused the knockdown . I was expecting much more once again a fighter who had the huge power advantage showing no urgency knowing he’s down on the cards .

I didn't give Ajagba much of a chance. I wanted him to win but he hasn't looked good since that Kiladze fight IMO (especially since he impressed me with his win against Demirezen). I figured the speed and movement would be too much for him to overcome.

Interesting that Efe said that about AJ as he had previously said he wanted to fight Joshua in Africa. He was correct when he said that skills defeat AJ as opposed to power but he was incorrect in stating that he has those skills (to defeat AJ).

That didn't resemble México School, at all. He was an amateur standout, he will Brawl when needed, and box his way to a decision if no threat.

                    Just putting it out there.
The purest heavyweight boxing match at the moment. Usyk vs Sanchez. You know Fury's going to smother Usyk, if he can catch him.

Not a great champion. Take away all the slow shot 38-41 yr olds & whos he beat? The last 2 he boxed of his own generation beat him with speed, he's slow, wooden & has never boxed a top 2 heavyweight & only get's title shots because of contracts not because he earned them like true greats.
                      Raise your standard's.
Ali get's battered by Holmes at 38 & everyone said it shouldn't have happened.
Tyson battered Holmes at 38 & everyone said it shouldn't have happened.
                      Aj fanboy's... 4 of AJ's last 7 now & Oh he's amazing!
Just watch daddy eddie try to decimate the division in court once his cash cow looses again.
