    Malik Scott >Breland

He learned more in one camp than he did in the entirety he was with Breland. Idk why everyone slurps his d1ck just cause he was a good amateur boxer, he taught Wilder nothing, in fact he looked far worse under Breland than he looked prior. Like seriously what was he paying him for exactly?

Wilder looked much improved for the first 5 rounds and actually had a gameplan.

That Wilder tonight would of straight up put AJ in a coffin. He'd have probably beaten my boy Usyk also in all honesty. I don't think any other HW out there but Fury would of beaten him tonight and even then the ref let Fury get away with murder if we're honest.

Nobody will cause they hate being wrong but credit needs to go to Malik Scott imo he brought a lot out of Wilder.
Furys size, skills, physicality eventually wore him out and he was fighting on pure heart but for those first 5 or so rounds he looked a competent boxer for once and was actually very competitive.

He didn't have any success in the first two fights under Breland apart from landing 2 right hands. Tonight he was competitive for 5 and still had his moments when dead on his feet.

Credit to Windmiller also, that guy has no quit.

Just imagine if he was this serious the whole time instead of a team leeching off his power without teaching him **** he could of been more well rounded .Between rounds Malik had to tell him to block the left hook with his hand and showed him how. Wilder could of been a lot better at this point and I think he is right he had a lot of snakes in his team previously.

Couldn't agree more that probably only Fury of the current crop could beat Wilder like that and survive the knockdowns I really hope Wilder goes after Whyte now and knocks his head clean off

I think some of it has to do with how soft-spoken and unassuming Breland is. It seemed like he tried his best with Wilder but it just wasn't good matchup chemistry wise and Wilder didn't really want to listen and kind of did his own thing. Despite them having very similar dimensions it's not like Breland could transfer his skills to Wilder. Also being good at something doesn't always make you a good teacher and vice versa with the expression "those who can't, teach"

Its a shame really not that I think he is mega talented or anything, far from but it would have been interesting to see him with a competent team from the start.
I don't believe Breland was a snake or spiked his water but I've always questioned what he was getting paid for, being a water bottle carrier?

He should have stopped the fight and probably destroyed Wilder’s career.

Wilder did look better in this fight than the first 2.

But he abandoned the body and reverted to type quite quickly.

He is one dimensional thats his problem.

Man he left Wilder to die in there. He took a horrible beating and went out on his face. Full credit for his heart but that might have ended his career.

well technically he got a draw with breland and was ko'd with scott so how is that not better? i mean in reality he was terrible in all 3 but he at least was pushing fury back in fight 1 where he just took punishment for fightts 2 and 3 until getting ko'd

It wouldn’t matter if Wilder had Roach, Shields, Atlas, or the ghost of Eddie Futch training him, he is too limited. He has bad habits he developed for the first 40 fights of his career. He will eventually resort to those habits when things get tough in the ring.
