LAS VEGAS - Tyson Fury fought about as effectively as imaginable at 273 pounds during his rematch with Deontay Wilder. That hasn't stopped him, according to his trainer, from packing potentially another 20 pounds on his 6-feet-9 frame in advance of his third heavyweight title fight with Wilder. Fury, however, wouldn't commit during an interview with BoxingScene.com even to approximating what he'll weigh when he steps on the Nevada State Athletic Commission's scale Friday afternoon at MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Usually if it ain't broke, don't fix it. But if Fury is still able to move the same with added weight, Wilder will be in for a really rough night. Unless Wilder somehow learned how to do anything other than just looking for the right hand to land, this will be just as ugly as last time, if not worse.

Not that it matters, but according to celebheights.com Fury is 202 cm or 6'7.5". So much for the 6'9" claim.

Fury has always been shorter than 6'8" David Price. In fact, he was always 6'7" in his own words until about 2012

His previous career high is 276 lbs. If he comes in 20 lbs above that it would prove all those rumors about camp discord true. The failed Joshua negotiations must of sent him back to the beer and fish & chips. Deontay has a real chance here. Wilder-Usyk for the undisputed crown?

Fury my not catch Wilder if Wilder is moving firing from angles. When fury try to hold & lean on him, this is when Wilder plan his body attack to try to break ribs. Fury knows he’s going to lose. That’s why all the extra weigh to keep from getting hurt badly. Hey Fury’s bluffing & psyching mid games hoping that some will stick to keep wWilder away.

I am starting to agree , trouble is fury can fight , is tough and can box and above all not been beaten so this clouds many potential outcomes in his conscious and subconscious mind , could this be the time his lifestyle catches up with him and his body let’s him down ? Also the best winners know what it’s like to lose so this could be closer then the experts think .
