Fair points, but with money comes access to a higher quality of help and care for these kinds of things too. My post was speaking from personal experience but I have also met people like that of course.

I don't wanna gush or anything but I tried to take my life some years ago and was committed to a psych ward for a couple of weeks and the best help I could get after being released was being put on an extended waitlist for counselling... I came out worse than I went in, albeit still alive, but with PTSD from being beaten and stripped by the police and forcefully injected with what I assume was haloperidol because I turned into a god damn zombie after. Not to mention all the other meds they were forcing on me.

I've tried a lot of things and medication certainly isn't the answer for me. I can't afford professional help either. I've never been a spiritual person (grew up as an angsty athiest) but starting to think maybe that is what's missing in my life. It certainly couldn't hurt at this point.

Maybe don't put yourself in a position to deal with police? Just a thought

My job consists of working with the criminally insane. A behavioral health unit was made for inmates with mental health issues. Inmates don't want to ruin their "street cred" by looking "weak". The common reason inmates refuse to go to the BHU unit for evaluation is that mental health is too personal to share. In reality what the inmate is saying is "I feel weak due to mental health. I do not want everyone else to see me being soft."

Just want to point out that thinking and imagining isn't good support for an argument. We're all entitled to our opinions, but using them to support blanket statements is shaky footing.

Also, if a lot of those guys are worried about being soft, maybe it's because they live among wolves and don't want to become the next victim. It's not like they're professionals, working 9 to 5 in the free world, who want to give people emotional healing. They live in the pen.

The incident with the police happened in the hospital in the solitary confinement cell. They get the RCMP to do their dirty work since they don't have male orderlies and the security guards are like 60+ years old and useless. I was trying to finish the job with my clothing, prison style, if you really wanna know why I was stripped. The beating was probably just for fun since I admittedly do have a history with them.

Kambo really fcuked Teofimo on this one. Now he's only getting 65% of the 3 million and the Triller payday is toasted.

Overall it's still both their biggest paydays and the only real loss they both suffered that can never be replaced was the time they lost with an inexperienced company. Teo will get $3.2 mil & Kambosos $1.5 mil.

Lol funny you say this but if Floyd was born in this era he would share the same sentiments. Dude had a very rough upbringing. His father just like Teo Sr. was abusive and demanded the world of his son. Sr. was also to blame for his sons mothers death being her dealer. Many boxers have some sort of ***********al upbringing and suffer from mental health issues but just because most kept it in the dark doesn't mean it's the right coping mechanism. Just because we don't see it don't assume all is well.

So teofimo is essentially a multimillionaire, considered the undisputed champion, beautiful wife, big house and doesn't have to work a day in his life and hes only 24. He has essentially etched his name into boxing history, yet he wants to lie to these people that he wanted to kill himself because he didn't fight once this year? What a joke of a lie that is there. Never worked a day in his life? Boxing is not just a job it's a lifestyle. In order to be the best you need to focus on being sharp even when you're not fighting. Guys like Floyd, Bhop were/ are gym **** and it's the reason they didn't skip a beat under the lights.
As for mental health it doesn't matter how your life looks to other people it doesn't change what one is going through internally. People are vicious and cruel and love to share their opinions publicly even if they know it could impact the person its intended to hurt. I believe Ryan Garcia thought he was going to land world star status overnight in sealing a deal with either Tank or Pac but both fell through and he was labeled the laughing stock of the moment.

Another phone fairy. Technology and social media has weakened and turn "Men" these days into soft fairies. They're hurt by words of someone they'll never know in their life or meet face to face.

Listen, if you're that emotional, get off the net. Leave social media and live in the moment of the people around you in your life. They're all that matters in the end. Not 1 comment someone says online should physically hurt you in any way. Of course, mentally it can, but that is where you need to know to unplug.

I don't know how certain people can have it all in life and still feel their life sucks and think of suicide. I know we will never know what is going through their head but it's like damn. You have it all and still aren't happy? I know they run the speech that we'll never understand the truth or what they go through mentally despite having the money, fame, woman, basically everything. Yet that isn't enough. We're to believe it doesn't mean much if you don't have something else that they're missing. Well, just how much more do you damn need in life? At that point I think they're geedy as F**K. You want that little part you're missing? Okay, then give me your millions in the bank, lol. I'll trade you if I got it, lol.

Hopefully someone in your family, spouse, sibling or parent kills themselves and we'll see how u feel about that
