From what I understand, after the IBF ruled Triller in default, they went to the next highest bidder and asked if they wanted to assume the promotional right. Matchroom accepted. Based on what I've seen of past interviews, I'd have to imagine DAZN and Hearn have already discussed this possibility and have it the green light.

There are reasons for DAZN and Matchroom to take this fight, they may not seem to be wise to you and me, but our opinions don't really matter.

If the fight happens on DAZN, I will be watching.

Every time this Triller krap comes up I just laugh. How can you possibly screw it up more? But if I was a promoter though, I wouldn't go near Teo with a ten foot pole.

He said he would with the wbc belt after the Loma fight. He said it was garbage. Now what? He's the bs king.

There was no way I was going to pay Triller to see this fight. But, since I have a DAZN subscription I'll check it out. Bad for Triller. Good for me.

Teo is a toxic ****** that talks a better fight than he's actually willing to take. Bob created this classless jerk off and he turned around and bit Bob in his ass, poetic justice.

Triller seem pretty clueless , Hearn is trying to get his invested money in Haney in the picture but knows too late that it wasn't as good as a investment as he thought with Haney clearly hurt recently. He will push him on the card in hopefully a decent test. Everyone would prefer to see a Davies fight or a Loma rematch. Even Lopez moving up but Lopez talks about light welter then wants a catchweight fight

Actually as much as Hearn is overpaying for this fight and giving Teo his highest purse to date,I actually force him to agree to it taking place in Australia. If he doesn't,then his ass can go crawling back to Top Rank where no doubt Arums going to the same with him on the Loma rematch.
Australia has been ultra strict with its lockdown in the pandemic. Not sure it’s the best time to maximise profits in boxing “down unda”

I could be wrong but I think that's officially off the table, iirc Triller wanted to take it to Australia and Teo didn't want to go and the IBF supported that, unless they change Covid restrictions fight can't happen there.
