Actually, while doing a light workout at Floyd's gym, Floyd present, he was asked who he wanted to fight next. Lopez was the first answer, not for belts either. They know each other well and have a sparring history. Hope things open up cross promotionally.
Any of those fights would be awesome. Floyd would get in the way of Davis vs Lopez, however. He said only in-house fights. But he could change his mind for the Lopez fight. We’d get to see what kind of chin Is on Teo.
Haney vs Lopez would be awesome. I think that style matchup favors Haney, so long as he doesn’t get clipped. I can see Haney winning a clear victory on points as well as seeing Teo get a KO.Comment

OH absolutely BIG, Josh Taylor has no hope with Gervonta 'Tank' Davis, I was skeptical about how effective Davis could be at 140 but his beatdown of Mario Barrios did it for me. I am now convinced that 'Tank' would fold Josh Taylor once he switches gears and gets to those scrawny ribs of Taylor, no doubt in my mind.
There is nothing that Josh Taylor does that will trouble 'TANK', I dare say that if the bookies opened up a moneyline tomorrow, Josh Taylor would be a massive underdog -- Imagine that? The 'undisputed' jr. welterweight champion not given a chance to beat a lightweight who started at featherweight, that might be a first. Tank is becoming the new Manny Pacquiao

But Davis is his mandatory, technically, for the WBA belt. Lopez already priced himself out saying he's the A-side, while he can't sell a dining hall. I don't care about any belt. I even feel uneasy talking about these garbage belts. My first two at 135 are Davis and Loma.Comment

No i get the argument and he is the man of the Division but by the letter of the law he is not undisputed whether Haney has 2 fans or 6 million fans. Now i have been side by side with Lopez in regards to the criticism he has been taking in recent months. For me he is not obliged to fight Loma he has already beaten him .However, he had to challenge HANEY, Taylor, Tank or even Garcia. I don't want to hear catchweight come out of any boxers mouth that are in their early twenties. Fight him at his weight or keep his name out your mouth and stay in your laneOriginally posted by Greenfield02Oh brother.... Are we still on this Haney is the WBC champ? Maybe I'm forgetful, but was Loma the WBC champ? Did Lopez beat Loma? Forget this franchise non-sense, who beat the guy who beat the guy? Loma was the WBC champ, Lopez beat Loma, therefore Lopez is the champion, he's the guy who beat the guy.... I'm not even a Lopez fan, but he is the WBC champ, who has Haney beat for him to be called the champion? Sneaky Suliman himself has said, Loma was the champion, Lopez is now the champion, the only people making this confusing is the WBC and Haney's 10 fans.....Comment

That was a competitive fight for me. Do you think Tank folds Prograis also?
