I used to feel bad that these guys were getting screwed. Now I just want DAZN to pick it up so I can watch it. If it isnt the Australian, I don't care. This is the very definition of a Debacle all the way around. Triller BOTCHED This massively and has no one to point fingers at but themselves. Now I see fully why Mike Tyson wanted NOTHING to do with Triller promoting his matches on the senior citizen circuit he wanted to establish. And To add insult to injury Triller has absolutely no say in Having Kamboso removed from contention. They counted their chickens before they were hatched and now the proverbial egg yolk is all over their faces.
As for Lopez this arrogant/ disingenuous prima Donna has lost considerable momentum after his( what should have been ruled a draw) " win "over Lomachenko. Meanwhile Lomachenko is back at it in good form and keeping himself busy while Lopez just does his fighting these days on social media.

It depends on what the IBF decides, but I don't think you will be seeing Teo fight anyone on 10/16 or 10/17. If the IBF finds that Kambosos was at fault, they would look to replace him with the next highest ranked opponent and I doubt they'd take the fight on 2 weeks notice.

More likely, the IBF will rule Triller defaulted on the terms of the deal. Kambosos signed a contract to fight on October 4th and he claimed he was willing to honor that. He never agreed to fight on the 16th and wasn't obligated to agree to the date change. According to Rafael, Triller sent over a contract filled with typos that wasn't the same language as Lopez' contract and didn't have a set venue (fight could have been held in NY, Florida or California).

If the IBF rules that Triller defaulted, their deposit for the purse would be split between Lopez and Kambosos and the fight would be offered to Matchroom and then Top Rank.

Teo has already been advanced on his purse and has already said out of his own mouth, he is fighting 10/16, IBF can’t stop him from fighting.. IBF wants to get paid, they’re not taking no smaller sanctioning fee cuz this clown Kambosos won’t show up for a private flight.

Teo is telling them, I’m getting paid, screw that belt, get aboard or I’m dropping that trash.
