    Honestly around the same level.

Just thinking to myself though, Bruno would have still became champion in AJ’s era but would AJ have ever became champion in Bruno’s era, I’m not so sure. So based on that, I give the slight edge to Bruno.

Bruno was better than the Joshua post Ruiz I, for sure '100%'.

Pre - Ruiz I, it is a close one.

Frank Bruno had a better jab, and I think he has maximized the basic fundamentals more so than Joshua.

I cannot make a vote, because it is too close. Only because Joshua has regressed.

I see people still trying to make out, that Bruno would just disappear under pressure. It was only Mike Tyson who was able to, have a easy time with Bruno during their rematch.

Witherspoon & Bone Crusher Smith 'Bruno was winning those fights until the stoppages, and they were both brutal fights from start to finish'.

L vs Mike Tyson TKO 3

2-5 record, 1 stoppage win, 5 stoppage losses

            Joshua vs world champions:
W vs Charles Martin KO 2
W vs Wladimir Klitschko TKO 11
W vs Joseph Parker UD 12
L vs Andy Ruiz TKO 7

I'll take Joshua for sure. The Wlad win was better than McCall or Coetzee.

I think some are joking in this thread. I like Bruno but look how easy it was for josh to become champ.

You don't think Joshua beats the same version of McCall that Bruno beat?

I think Joshua's wins over Ruiz and Wlad were better than Bruno's wins over McCall and Coetzee.

He probably does, but it’s not a certainty, whereas I’d confidently pick Bruno to beat Martin, Parker or Ruiz.

I’m speaking collectively though. If you put AJ in that era, he’d be no certainty to win a belt, I think most of us would agree with that. Frank was lucky to win a belt in that era IMO.

However, If Bruno fought in this era he’d be a multi-time champ, no doubt IMO. That’s what makes me lean towards Bruno, it’s very close though, I wouldn’t argue strongly against someone siding towards AJ.

You have to look at the strength of era’s though. Bruno would easily beat Charles Martin for example.

Bruno Hit hard and could take a punch. Anthony is someone I would love to work with. I see the holes in his defense
