Canelo VS Usyk can happen now

    Ded fkn srs.

this will be the single greatest feat in boxing history. And Mexicans would buy in 100%.

a chance at the legit heavyweight title from an actual mehicano

Canelo is in the middle of his absolute physical prime.

Usyk is at the tail end. That performance against AJ may as well be his swan song.

Canelo has experience with size from Callum Smith who was prob 6’4 or 6’5 and hits harder than Usyk. The good thing with Usyk is he’s a boxer. He doesn’t really fight.

canelo also offers a completely different look to Usyk and he punches just as hard. The speed would definitely make the difference.

Canelo is going to be so much faster than anyone Usyk’s fought.

Let there be greatness! C’mon Canelo! Revive boxing!

skip all that and go straight to Usyk. Take that 50/50 gamble once against another aging great

It would be the bravest performance of Canelos career and would be fun to see but I dont think its very winnable for Canelo.

definitely winnable if Canelo goes to a decision. Are you new?

usyk was also the lightest puncher in the lhw tournament. Gassiev. The lith dude. The Russian Metallica fan. The Dominican dude all hit harder than Usyk.

this is the perfect Canelo opponent. Just go the distance baby

The modern day RJJ vs. Ruiz.

Roy was allowed to fight at 193 lbs. vs. 226 lbs. John Ruiz.

Canelo and Usyk should battle at whatever weights they agree on and make history together.

No I'm definitely not new I'm going by what I see. Canelo is a great fighter and it would be fun to watch but based off of last nights performance and Canelos last performance I see Usyk out boxing him. It wouldn't be a 1 sided shut out but that would be a monumental task to ask of Canelo considering his height and reach. Not to mention gaining that much weight would be basically career suicide for Canelo even if he did manage to win the fight. RJJ was great anwe all saw what happened to him after moving up that far then trying to shed all that muscle mass. His punch resistance was gone.

Just stating my opinion on a public thread.

                canelo > rjj

                usyk > ruiz

the draw would be on a different level too

canelo would be much harder to hit than any of Usyk’s recent opponents. His defence is the best in the game.

Canelo would also be much faster at counters.

this whole dynamic will throw Usyk for a loop more than Canelo

usually punching power is the main concern. But Canelo has already fought harder punchers imo and he absorbed punishment to the head and body. He
