Winners get depressed and sulk when they lose.

Losers take it in stride.

Example: the entire history of athletic competition.

There's no point in getting depressed or sulking about a loss in combat sports, and Joshua has no reason to be angry at Usyk, the fight wasn't personal at all.

He needs to be assertive in regards to his team though, certain people need to go because the strategy they came up with wasn't good enough at all.
