If AJ loses to Usyk - he should retire

Usyk isn’t as good as advertised and at his best in the cruiserweight division - he didn’t even beat Briedis if we’re being honest. And Briedis isn’t even a world beater - terrible as an amateur and won’t make top-10 HW.

Usyk is overrated and if AJ doesn’t spank him like Bowe did Holyfield in their first fight - it’s time to hang it up. He had a good run and he’ll always be my favourite British boxer ever. But to be an ATG - you can’t lose to a basic fighter like Usyk that’s always open to be hit.

Please don't make out losing is a big deal. Everyone loses. How you comeback is important. If Josh loses he will make up for it.
But no problem in losing because the lengths people go to remain unbeaten isn't impressive and doesn't buy you respect so don't put them on higher pedestal than boxers who lose.

Even the GOATs have taken L's. (Not implying he is a GOAT)

I only created the thread because I don’t see Usyk beating him. So if he were lose, now that I have seen he’s 100% (unless something hits him on his way to the ring) - then it means his mind isn’t in boxing anymore.

Usyk lacks the attributes to beat him. Not good enough and that will show once he feels AJ’s power.

If AJ loses, that means his heart isn’t in the sport anymore. He’s better than Usyk (watched a lot of Usyk’s CW fights earlier today again). And you can’t be in a dangerous sport if your heart isn’t in it.

            That’s what I’m implying.

****Em, winning and losing is apart of boxing, all part of the journey.

Wow, you are really showing right here that you are a 'Front Runner or Glory Hunter'.

I would imagine most of Joshua's fan base is like this, most of all boxers fan bases. That is why I dislike boxers bowing down to the fans, and saying things like 'I do this for the fans'.

You do it for your family, friends and people that will be there for you during dark times 'And if you have none of that, you do it for yourself'.

                Nice thread mate.

How am I glory hunter when I was the only one on the forum saying he’ll destroy Ruiz in the rematch after what happened at MSG?

I only created the thread because I don’t think Usyk is good enough to beat him. Too open and his technical ability is overrated. Usyk’s style is pitifully very amateurish and how he throws punches plays into AJ’s strengths. It’s one of AJ’s easiest fights and might end up being easier than Martin.

So if he loses, something is amiss and he might need to retire.

                    War AJ!
