I know what his endgame is, and it doesnt involve DAZN. Oscar is still butt hurt (maybe not the right analogy to use for Oscar) about Hearn stealing REDHEAD from him. He is not going to allow him to try and steal Ryan too! His contract is up with DAZN in a few months and if he allows Ryan or JoJo to fight Haney it will be on Showtime or Thrilla, not DAZN. I think JoJo is the more rugged fighter between the two of them. I was at the GRJ v JoJo fight that was held around DC and that was a war! JoJo has excellent body work and I think he will wear Ryan down. Please let Oscar sign a deal with Showtime so we can finally make these fights happen!

why Haney always begging Goldenboy for a fight??

they just let him fight Linares..

maybe Haney should have signed with Goldenboy, his promoter can’t get him any big fights LOL

NO ONE CHECKIN FOR HANEY LOL
Although I'm a Haney believer I have to agree with this post. Signing with Hearn was great for his bank account (cant blame him there) but terrible for his brand. I'm the 'boxing aficionado' in my big circle of friends and everyone runs their boxing conversations through me. Everyone talks about Tank, Errol, Wilder, Charlos, amongst others. Nobody ever mentions Haney. I even try to start fake debates using Haney's name and nobody responds because they don't really know him. So yes you're right, he needs to get Mayweather promotions and get on Showtime. Looks like Josh Taylor will be leaving for WW pretty soon so all those belts will be available. I can see PPVweather running Tank at 135 and Devin at 140

Haney made the worst decision signing with Hearn, he is being played by the WBC and Hearn like a fiddle. He is the new groundhog Gary to no fault of his own. I know he wants to fight, but he is getting the Andrade treatment, where Hearn complains but does nothing to make him a big fight.

No one who is "upgraded" to Champion is a legitimate Champion.
Bivol, Ugas, Charlo, Murata ,etc are not champs then and I'm sure you're equally outraged about them being elevated as well.

Can add Juan Manuel Marquez to that list while you're at it.

There's no immunity to this garbage, showing me other examples of this ridiculousness doesn't make Haney's case any stronger.

Being "upgraded" to World Champion, is not a legitimate World Champion. That shouldn't even need explaining but I suppose that is modern day boxing. Speaks for the state of the sport more than anything.

he was upgraded because the champiom didnt fight him. You left that part out.

                Lomachencko gave up the wbc
Garcia passed on a mandatory shot
Diaz passed on a mandatory shot

But somehow its haney's fault? Typical fanboy sh#t. Blame the guy whos being ducked instead of the guys doing the ducking.

I couldn't care less who it is, or what the reason is, or who's fault it is. None of that matters.

The name could be Haney, Vaney, Baney or Saney whoever it is, if you're upgraded to champion without fighting anyone you're not a champion.

The sooner we as fans refuse to accept it the better.

There is no immunity to it? Haney seems to be the only one to receive any type of backlash for it.

I don't care about anyone else and what they feel.

There is no immunity to this, if you're upgraded to champion you're not a legitimate champion it's really just as simple as that.

I said the same thing in 2012 when Marquez was "upgraded" to Champion at 140, and the same thing stands now.

Who the fighter is is irrelevant.
