Plus, after the Gamboa fight, where Devin rehydrated to 162 pounds, Bill said they were going to move up to 140. So Mauricio believed this would happen but the Haney’s are still fighting at 135.

Teo doesnt want to give Loma a remarch, nor does he have any interest in boxing Haney. Loma opted to fight Teo instead of Haney and vacate the wbc belt only to be fighting for the Franchise version of it against Teo. Boxing has become a circus almost.
