Whether you like him or not, you have to give Whyte credit he stays very active, doesn't use covid as an excuse and continues to put his position in the rankings on the line.

Did you see my U.K heavyweight thread ? Many guys there ,I favor Wallin honestly I think he’s more effective southpaw then Usyk at heavyweight.

It's a good point. I rate Whyte's aggression a bit higher than Breazeale's which can be both good and bad. He's more willing to deliver the pain which allows him to get caught.

I will be pulling for Wallin, I can see Wallin outboxing him and I can see Whyte catching the Swede either early before he settles or late if he gasses. I'm excited for this matchup.

Whyte doesn’t have a Breazeale chin ,his best punches like Whyte are actually body shots so it’ll be interesting who dictates that war . I see this as a 12 rounder either way ,Wallins toughness should get him 12 rounds ,if I had to bet on chins I’d say Wallin wins there .
The Breazeale/Izu fight was an absolute war. Very entertaining and very violent. Wallin caught Breazeale with some very clean power shots that spun the American's head and looked like he was close to dropping him but Dom didn't fall.

I'm very excited for this fight. Very compelling.

Whyte has to get Wallin to fight at mid to short range. If Wallin keeps it long, I think he comprehensively outboxes Whyte. This is an interesting matchup, I usually criticise Whyte’s opposition choices but fair play here, Wallin is a solid HW in his prime.

My gut says Wallin , not really a wrong choice here unless you put money on the wrong fighter . I do think Wallin has to defeat Whyte by a good margin at the 02 though ,can he ? I never bet against Whyte so far after AJ but I’m going with Wallin .if I had to pick a legit better boxer .

Whoever Whyte fights he won't be getting his WBC title shot anytime soon. He's been waiting how many years now?

At the risk of causing heart palpitations, count to ten Syd. I think Wallin can win on skills, Povetkin layed out a gps roadmap.
