Aug 31,2019 dropped one of the LW title belts. That is how Haney became champ. He didn’t fight Teo until Oct 2020. Covid hit March 2020. Plenty of time for an easy defense.

If Loma attempted any semblance of a fight during the 1st half, I can see how a person can say Teo took those rds.
If a fighter does nothing, can those rds be taken or given ?
