Andre Ward and Robert Garcia included. There have been a lot of comments on that fight after viewing it again, and I agree with them. There was zero domination. In fact, if we're honest, the only guy that got really hurt in that fight was Lopez. Lopez had hematomas sprouting from all over his face.

The unfortunate thing is that he won't fight Tank, Garcia, Haney ... anyone ... what the hell is he doing? He's had like four training camps and still hasn't fought anyone. Most everybody recognizes when the kid is scared.

I'll tell you this; aside from your not wanting to watch the fight (which is fine, each to their own), I'm sure you recognize the basic principles of prize fighting. Fighters have limited life spans. Fighters fight for as much money as they can before that boxing life span expires. So when Lopez doesn't get that fight with Taylor, says he's still not going to fight Tank, Haney or Loma, but Arum offers him a PPV purse to fight Loma, which could rival that of Triller's purse, and Lopez turns all of that money down because "Loma never would have given him a rematch." And then Lopez fights someone else for a pittance of that or doesn't fight at all (which is what he has been doing ... NOT FIGHTING), what the hell is everyone going to say then? You know what I mean? You turn down a **** load of cash because you presume Loma would have never given you a rematch? Despite Loma never saying he wasn't going to give him a rematch?

I'm tell you now, the kid is headed for a disaster. And we both know what Arum does to boxers who don't work with him, who become problems. Lopez just signed a brand new contract with TopRank. The kid is headed for a nosedive, IMO.
I actually care about Loma more than Lopez now. Lopez is a pussified POS for avoiding a strong division, not including Loma. I'm totally fine if Lopez disappears tomorrow and retires.

The only Loma fight I exclusively want is Davis.

That would be an awesome fight. I'm down for that. Let's get the best fighting that best again. Fantastic fight for both fighters. I think Tank would fight Loma, but I just don't know about his management team. I've been thinking lately that Tank would have done better by fighting with Hearn or someone else.

I'm a fan of both of those guys, and what I saw, and what the whole world saw, is that Loma snapped that kids head back for six rounds. And when Lopez threw, he couldn't hit a barn. And if you think differently, then you, in all due respect, don't know **** about boxing. It is what it is. There are a lot of guys out there like you, so don't feel too alone here.

You sound like some dude that's sour and is actually a Lopez fanboy. Keep stroking it for Lopez. Do what makes you happy man. Haha

And no hard feelings on my side. It goes without saying that you are entitled to think whatever the hell you want.
Far from it i respect loma's skills and wanted him to give Teofimo a hiding. i hate Boxers that talk **** but havent proven themselves. He has now so he gets a pass. what do you want me to think when I'm hearing ' a fluke win' and he had one arm.

Also if you paid attention to the 12th round that was the most dominant round for Teo even Ward if we are going by what you say gave him the round. who's head was getting snapped in that round?

These inhouse fights by all promoters will come to an end sooner than you can imagine. Davis was asked in one of his light workouts at the gym: Who do you want to fight next straight up? Lopez was the first answer. Not for the belts either. He disdains Lopez. He still respects Loma.

Fight with Loma can happen if one of the promoters reaches out first. I have a feeling it'll be Mayweather Promotions.

            Here's what he said:

This kid is a PUNK. There was no rematch clause in the contract sent to both guys, and no one requested one out of pride. Arum, out of his own mouth, said he doesn't do rematch clauses, leaving it up to the boxers later on. So he sent out contracts that didn't have a rematch clause.

Having Lopez presume that Loma wouldn't give him a rematch is ludicrous. Does Lopez have a crystal ball that lets him see into the hearts and minds of others, to see into the future on what someone will or will not do? It's absolutely absurd.

He's ducking Loma now after Loma showed Lopez that he was outclassed. We all saw the last half of the fight. We all saw that Lopez couldn't hit the side of a barn with Loma in the ring. And we all saw Lopez's head constantly bouncing off of his back!

He want's to fight Taylor. But Taylor doesn't want to fight Lopez. Taylor said he's NOT going to fight Lopez, and Lopez doesn't have any leverage to make the fight. He had leverage to make the fight with Loma. But now with Josh, what does he have? A super belt? Great. Josh doesn't want to beat a 135 pounder. He wants to fight Crawford. He wants to move up.

So Teofimo is going to leave the hottest division in boxing to go fight someone that is leaving the 140 pound division. Say what?! He's above fighting Haney. He's above fighting Tank. He's above fighting Garcia. He's above fighting any of the ranked fighters in the most stacked division in boxing.

That win over Loma was a fluke! A one-armed Loma with extremely biased/corrupt judging. The fight was a draw. I want this kid to get a beat down now.

            What does everyone think?
Wow, I thought they were going to give Loma the rematch. Well, this is too bad, but he needs to move up and vacate or do whatever so Loma and those who really want to fight the best for division supremacy can get down to business. Very bad move for Lopez, too. Looks very cowardly.

It's a shame, but that's part of the game. I had it 7-5 Lopez for the first fight and would love to see a rematch, but.... All those injuries' and the like, they are part of the game. We can't say "but if Loma had not tore his shoulder" ... blah blah, and if Floyd never hurts his hands, he is a KO monster. We live in a world where injuries and physical resilience are part of what makes a complete boxer.

Hell, we don't know that even if they do have a rematch that Loma doesnt injure something else. I think the first fight was clsoe enough to warrant a rematch, but I am fine if they don't. We could clearly see how the fight would turn out. If Loma is on top of his game from early on, he probably wins an 8-4 type of a fight, but if he slows even a bit, Lopez would be able to force him into a shell similar to the first half of the first fight.

I mean, I can accept it as long as Teo goes on fighting top quality opposition because not every close fight has to have a rematch. But as a fan of Loma I’d selfishly like to see it because I think it’s very winnable for him. So Teo either needs to fight some names or rematch Loma. Anything else is a disappointment.

If the belts had a scintilla of meaning, he'd have been forced to. For now, he can do whatever he wants.
