The Association of Boxing Commissions Agree that Vada testing is flawed and offically adopts WADA protocol.

This means Valdez is did not fail a test. The Association of Boxing Commissions made the correct call to go with the informed, researched Wada protocol over Vada made up protocol (who has no research department, no investigation deparment, just a person with a laptop sending emails).

This is a crazy revelation. I wonder of Goodman’s endgame character. She always seemed the “*******” type and could possibly step down from her founded VADA. Her position is a hard one. She wouldn’t challenge WADA but knows that boxing can exploit extras behind WADA.

she rarely makes statements. Her infamous statements was the exoneration of Francisco Vargas, who felt that even at 45 days of 1.2ng of Clen could be given a second chance to redeem himself “because it was such a low amount” -Andy Foster (CSAC). VADA did testing for Vargas and they made statements on Vargas. Remember that Vargas was under SNAC Conte. So the CSAC used VADA for testing and the “consultant” was Conte the guy helping Vargas.

Lance Pugmire didn’t even cite this incident and verbatim or the exoneration of Vargas when he did the piece on Canelo because everyone knows Lance had boners for GGG and his LA mate Loeffler.

Only Rafael cited Vargas’ and the context truthfully. Rafael was the only writer to reveal WADA’s ********* of Clenbuterol too in 2019 for 2ng.

No writer broke the story of the 2021 revision of Clen being bumped up to 5ng. Industry should’ve given Canelo an apology since WADA isn’t exclusive to boxing.

I keep telling everyone of Karma. See how things are unfolding. Fans don’t comprehend whats going on.

these are the reasons why Floyd chose USADA exclusively because it wasn’t biased to the sport of boxing.

It makes sense to me. I understand why the Yaqui commission made their decision, they follow WADA guidelines.

From the WBC website they state the CBP process is:

"VADA, which is the administering agency for the program, randomly selects the boxer to take the exams. CLERIDIUM is the agency that collects the evidence. Blood and / or urine samples are taken from the selected boxer. The samples taken are sent to accredited WADA laboratories. Test results are reported by VADA. Positive / adverse results are managed by the WBC Results Management Committee."

If the CBP uses WADA labs, why is VADA announcing the results according to their own guidelines and not the results according WADA criteria? Does the CBP use VADA criteria? I'm still confused...

It’s a little more complicated than that. It’s hard to know how Arum or in-house promoters cite the consequence of an adverse finding. If it were rival promoters then it’s a bigger mess. VADA has no jurisdiction so realistically WBC has to acknowledge what was written in the Top Rank contracts for if-in-the-event since Valdez and Conceicao are TR. remember that Conceicao would’ve signed it too so they can’t do anything about, plus they want to get paid. Besides, Brazilians are notorious for PEDS in their country with MMA and BJJ let alone their boxing world. Seeing how laxed Conceicao’s been, it’s obvious they don’t cares. They’ll be stipend a bonus. It’s Top Rank anyways. I bet Arum had Conceicao’s team just sign a waiver for the incident in which the Commission took in effect.

i mean let’s all be realistic. Nothing wrong with a cup of tea during this rulingZ. Everyone was happy. The End.
