First bud is the bigger fight, and second I don't see PBC wanting any part of it at least until their 3 belts have been unified. Imo. I get what your saying about his biggest fight but for me, how big was it for Manny. Pac is a massive upgrade for Ugas and he's gonna give it his everything. But for Manny he's downgrading from Spence there so did he have the same passion for the fight? It's a different mindset and it suited Ugas more and with just a couple of weeks he probably was still pinching himself he was getting it let alone starting to doubt himself. I'm not a Pac fan and I say well done to Ugas. But on the sparring issue I'm thinking, why does Ugas not just shrug it off. It looks to me like he bit. Maybe this was Josh starting to soften him if he does want that fight. I did find it strange that he was asked about Ugas when previously all questions would be about bud.Rodtang likes this.

Bud can be wicked when riled but I do believe that Taylor could beat him on points if he boxs like he is capable off. I am not so sure about Ugas.Manny was exhausted by round 3. I never saw him look so tired, He just realised he he was getting hit with very hard shots and could not duck them. Taylor has speed but Ugas is stubborn and awkward to figure out. Ugas is a damd good fighter, He has to be, to beat Manny on such short notice. I recon Manny was set up.

I think Taylor is exaggerating. Lol. If a fighter gets legit dropped in SPARRING he’ll acknowledge it to say it was just sparring. Probably an off balance thing. Taylor couldve also contested what Ugas said but hasn’t. I take it Taylor had 14oz sparring gloves at the time whereas Ugas had 16oz. Ugas is trying to say that Taylor don’t hit hard contextualizing at 147. I see Ugas too rangy and heavy handed for Taylor. Taylor isn’t a swarmer and Ugas was able to handle Porter and Figueroa nicely. Boxing for Boxing Ugas beats Taylor easily.
Taylor isn’t even calling out Ugas directly or else he would’ve already.BendOver likes this.
