I do believe more of the top level guys than not used (or still use) performance enhancing drugs at some point in their career.

There's literally millions of dollars that separate the top tier guys from the 2nd tier guys. And you have an extremely short window to cash in. If you get caught, yeah it will damage your reputation, but it's not like they come and take your money away after the fact. Look at Lance Armstrong. Destroyed reputation and all, he's still worth an estimated 50 million dollars. There's a TON of incentive to use. Especially when you know some (if not the majority) of the fighters at your level or using also.
