Commey is more of a knockout threat to Loma, however Haney has the youth, length and speed to possibly get a decision against LomaComment

Hankey is the idiot that said "I'd never lose to a white boy" and yet is the one who acts like loma doesn't exists. The dude is constantly begging ryan for a fight. Everytime lopez, tank or jojo is mentioned its from Hearn, not hankey.Comment

Yup especially when they dont hit their opponents either. With their "hit me if you can catch me" style
you act as if they're like winky wright or Whitaker. "Bu but my opponent didn't fight like a face first bum thats why it was boring"

My only complaint here is you calling me a “twat”…that’s nowhere near a fair trade for being called a “fanboy”, but I’ll take it.
Anyone can get clipped and be hurt. Is it a crime to be wobbled by linares? Lomachenko was dropped. In regards to gamboa he struggled to put him away but he won the fight convincingly .
To be fair you seem to know more about Haney than me so i wont argue. i watch him fight and ocassionally i stumble upon a few interviews where he is eager to fight contenders. In his defence no one really calls him out. LOMACHENKO relinquished a belt for him when he was openly keen to fight him( not suggesting loma was scared). He is young and keen to fight the best is that a bad thing? He is boring in your eyes which is cool but why are these other fighters not in a hurry to fight him. apart from getting clipped by linares he put on a boxing clinic and should be commended for his last victory but im not going to have an argument with a random twat on the web because he finds him boring and i don't. lets agree to disagree sweetheart

If my memory serves me correctly, Cryin’ Garcia and Rolly called him out on numerous occasions, but nothing from Tank so I guess that means “nobody really call him out.”
I was being too hard on his performance against Linares and I take that back. If anything, I was looking for him to stop Linares, but that never happened. Again, there was really no reason to critique him.
Let’s be honest here, it was a bit too early for Haney/Lomachenko and him being a mandatory meant nothing. How many times has a contender been a mandatory for extended time periods while other opponents with names are lined up with more to bring to the table. I’m not saying it right but would it have been bad if it happened to Haney?Comment

True. I’m glad they’re getting paid but damn…can’t these mofos fight worthy opponents or at least fight often like GGG used to. I didn’t mind Golovkin’s opponents selections back then but he used to fight every 3-4 months so no sweat.
A lot of these fighters I can’t knock them making $$$ but these promoters and managers over pay them early in their careers so why ever take a risk. Shakur Stevenson made $450k to fight some weak opponent on the first event back from Covid and the whole ESPN and Top Rank narrative is that he’s the next Mayweather. Why can’t Stevenson be Stevenson and look at Edgar Berlanga as well that kid acts like he’s a champ and I feel like he’s ripe to get exposed soon.
These guys are trying to be Floyd….fighting every 10 months and acting like the world misses them. Floyd was a star. These guys aren’t stars— yet.
That’s what I miss about fighters back in the day…most of them were just that — fighters. When new age fighters are making beaucoup money, what’s the incentive to get back in there so quickly?Comment

You did not answer the question. Would you have a problem if WBC #1 Lomachenko decided NOT to fight the WBC Champ, but fought WBC #4 Commey instead? Arum represents Lomachenko, just like Hearn represents Haney. If Arum says "Loma is fighting Commey, not Haney," would you have a problem with that?

Fighting former IBF 135-lb champion Commey (30-3, 27 KOs) is an excellent way for Lomachenko to stay busy and sharpen up his game before he meets Teofimo to avenge his loss from last October...
“Per sources, Lomachenko likely will face former lightweight world titlist Richard Commey on Dec. 11. #boxing,” said @DanRafael1...
Additionally, Lomachenko’s promoter Bob Arum hasn’t shown interest in matching him against WBC lightweight champion Devin Haney, given his lack of a fanbase.

I have no problem with it. Every title holder is busy and hankey dont want it. Lol worst part is hankey will fight not even in the top 20 and still get praised. You did not answer the question.
