The guy is boring, entitled and hasn't proven a thing. All he does is show off gaudy possessions and posts subliminal messages about him being the best and so on. Social media posts are also an extension of trash talking, you know that, right?

Haney's bombastic rhetoric and entitlement points to a career that just isn't there. He's done nothing but walking around as though we should "check his resume" for clout. Sorry, buddy...nothing there. He and a lot of fighters are doing this same bogus bullcrap but you're too much of a fanboy to see it.

These guys dress and act like rappers and thugs but get in there and struggle against B-C level guys. We're not dumb...Devin's doing what everybody else is doing....he just happens to have more than the average up and coming fighter.

He doesn't wanna fight a threat at all, and that's cool....just don't act like you've fought your share of gatekeepers and you're now "big boy" status. You're not. Struggling against a shot Gamboa and getting clipped by Linares doesn't say much at this point.
If he was so easy to beat, Loma would’ve made the mando defense, picked up a multi million dollar pay day, and then fought Teo like he did when Campbell ( or was it Crolla) was the mando.

Instead he dropped the belt and worked with Bob to get named emeritus/ franchise designation to avoid fighting Haney.

    Just saying………

still with the white man ducked the big black man huh?
Loma was elevated to franchise and fought a tougher opponent in lopez. Meanwhile hankey went life and death with a shot linares who's the only noteworthy name on his resume

If Diaz prefers to fight Garcia, that's his decision but strip him of interim
            Same with wba and davis-romero.
All the fkn around with titles needs resolved asap.
Facts! Strip 'Em! However, that's a win-win for Jo Jo! He gets a bigger event with #2 KingRy, and does not have to pay as much in sanctioning fees! No matter how it goes, it sucks for Haney...again! Loma is #1, and Commey is #4, and that fight is going to happen. He's already beaten #3 Linares, so that leaves #5 Yvan Mendy! YUCK!

You don't have a problem if WBC #1 Lomachenko fights WBC #4 Commey, instead of WBC Champion Devin Haney?

Your words. Not mine. I notice posters that can’t refute what is posted immediately reduce the point to race.

All I did was tell the truth about what happened. I know it doesn’t make Loma look good. You do as well which is another reason you went to race- only way you can possibly defend that action is make me the evil black guy.

He sat out a year. When the mando was easy, he made the defense. If haney was so easy he’d have dusted him off for a few million.

And Fat Dan already outed his knowledge of that emeritus thing so spare the he’s innocent BS.

Whoever Haney struggled or didn’t struggle with, will never change the fact Loma dropped the belt rather than fight him and get the easy payday.

Anyone can get clipped and be hurt. Is it a crime to be wobbled by linares? Lomachenko was dropped. In regards to gamboa he struggled to put him away but he won the fight convincingly .

To be fair you seem to know more about Haney than me so i wont argue. i watch him fight and ocassionally i stumble upon a few interviews where he is eager to fight contenders. In his defence no one really calls him out. LOMACHENKO relinquished a belt for him when he was openly keen to fight him( not suggesting loma was scared). He is young and keen to fight the best is that a bad thing? He is boring in your eyes which is cool but why are these other fighters not in a hurry to fight him. apart from getting clipped by linares he put on a boxing clinic and should be commended for his last victory but im not going to have an argument with a random twat on the web because he finds him boring and i don't. lets agree to disagree sweetheart

You'd think this dude had Floyd's career, just judging by his possessions and attitude about it...and I catch myself asking, "Who is this guy anyway?" As you said, nobody sees him as a threat and he's sure nobody wants to fight him.

I swear I can't make this up. These guys come into the sport with their ***elry, cars, clothes, women, etc., and want you to treat them like accomplished fighters when they've done very little.
A lot of these fighters I can’t knock them making $$$ but these promoters and managers over pay them early in their careers so why ever take a risk. Shakur Stevenson made $450k to fight some weak opponent on the first event back from Covid and the whole ESPN and Top Rank narrative is that he’s the next Mayweather. Why can’t Stevenson be Stevenson and look at Edgar Berlanga as well that kid acts like he’s a champ and I feel like he’s ripe to get exposed soon.
