Joshua better focus on Usyk. Usyk is very capable of beating Anthony Joshua. I think Usyk and Wilder have a good chance to pull off the upset.

I fully expect uysk to make aj look silly for a few rounds at least after that who knows people say uysk can't handle being in there with heavyweights based on the chisora fight but he beat chisora and was never hurt by anything chisora hit him with plus joshua and chisora have different fighting styles. chisora is unorthodox more aggressive and fights using his size to maul his opponents we saw that when he tried to muscle uysk around the ring. that experience with chisora will serve usyk well going forward. joshua is a more conventional fighter who at times is a bit stiff and robotic with his movement and his punches. joshua also fights with caution I can see uysk getting into his head and making it chess match in there advantage uysk!

So what is so special about America anymore other than historic venues? What Americans are selling out MSG?

Somebody posted its all about the American Ego, the Boxing world did revolve around America at one point, its still got alot to offer but the neither of the 2 biggest stars in the sport are America.

Id love to see AJ in Vegas or back at MSG but it's not really needed to enhance his career when American Boxing is on its arse. He may well go back but the salty fkks on here will take any opportunity to throw a bit of share his way.

This is a ridiculous argument only because people want to present the reality as if it's US ego. Hearn himself said the big money is in the US, are you going to say he is wrong as well? UK PPV $25, US PPV $80 and up. UK AJ has to sell out a stadium, US Wilder only has to sell out a venue to reach that amount. We can go back and forth with this. Yes some people are being egotistical in there rhetoric but it doesn't mean they're wrong. You're being blinded by nationalism. In the end, the man in charge of AJ, Eddie Hearns very own words, said AJ has to fight in America, it's where the big money is at. It's hilarious how people are really arguing that not braking in to the largest monetary market in boxing is a great strategy, especially when you consider AJs largest pay day wasn't even in the UK. Makes no sense really.

AJ wouldn’t be on PPV in the U.S outside Fury on ESPN unless Hearn changes the strategy . Wilder on PPV has not been successful and he’s never sold out a venue either even with Fury .

AJs highest pay was from Saudi and after a loss so the U.S wouldn’t really be relevant there .

If Fury finds his pen and fights AJ yes it will break records here .

Wilder and Fury broke the record for gate earned for a heavyweight fight, what are you talking about. Wilder sold out Barclay's, and their PPV did good numbers for anyone not named Canelo. As I already said Hearn himself said the big money is in the US he said AJ has to fight in the US, any fight against Fury or Wilder would be carried on US PPV, because Fury is tied to ESPN and Wilder to PBC/CBS/Showtime. Those are the two largest pay days left for AJ and leaving the US un tapped would be a ridiculous strategy. we already know that Hearn wants AJ to brake in to the US because he's said as much. There really is no reason for a back and forth on this.

Now if you want to argue whether AJ "needs" the US market, I'd agree that he doesn't money wise, but the IBHOF is in America for a reason. For legacy he should make a major fight in the US. On money hes good, but he is leaving a lot in the table.
