This seems ridiculously low level. Sadly prosecutors, in the UK but especially in the USA, seem to prioritise prosecution when the alleged offendant is of one ethnicity.

It all comes down to class, which he nor his brother have any. If someone was to say my card didn’t go through, I would ask can you try again which I know they would have already attempted before returning to me. If I don’t have cash on me I usually have another form of payment, if not the first thing that comes to mind where is the kitchen so I can start washing dishes. No class MF’er from under a rock want to fight everyone except in the ring! He and his sorry crew ran out that’s some Fifth Ward type sh_t.
