This seems ridiculously low level. Sadly prosecutors, in the UK but especially in the USA, seem to prioritise prosecution when the alleged offendant is of one ethnicity.

Well, prosecution is a process that begins with arrest & ends with trial. You haven't disputed that process has begun & it seems a bit silly for something as low level as this in a country where you seem unable to prosecute people who attempt to overthrow the government.
