He doesn't? He's perhaps the most dominant, destructive fighter in the sport today. Not sure what you've been watching.

A list like this without De La Hoya but with a good but robotic Klitschko, isn't a good list. Lennox Lewis had a few fights this century, and obviously he's better than Klitschko.

        Recently yes

his biggest fights are many controversial decisions

1st time stepping up Trout match could have gone either way

        Lara fight was about 6-6

we saw how those ggg matches played out

Kovalev fight was a clear victory for Alvarez. But he was down on the scorecards prior to the KO

he isn’t destroying high level guys like manny did to Cotto and Barrera

nor is he schooling fellow greats like Floyd did to Marquez manny and Alvarez himself

in terms of levels Floyd > manny > Alvarez

Canelo beats the guys he's supposed to beat. When he fights someone as good or better he loses or wins by a gift decision.

Canelo ducks no one and doesn't run. Gayweather on the other hand, ducked Margarito, a De la Hoya rematch, prime Pacquiao, prime Mosley, Kostya Tszyu, Sergio Martinez, Paul Williams or any other black fighter for that matter, Joel Casamayor, Acelino Frietas, and GGG.

He also paid Marquez to come in heavy and paid Maidana to wear pillow gloves.

He tried to create his own weightclass just so he wouldn't have to fight GGG. Remember Caneloweight? I remember that. Bringing up Floyd doesn't change the truth about Canelo. Or should I call him beefnelo since he likes that tainted meat?

Canelo legitimately lost to Floyd and GGG (the first fight) only in most people’s eyes. He redeemed himself with a clear victory in the rematch. He also beat Lara and Trout without question. Go rewatch those fights. Floyd was in exactly one fight where he was the underdog (ODLH) and that victory was in no way clear. Go rewatch that one too.

Fraud made up his own weight classes as well, remember him completely missing weight for Marquez, making Canelo drain himself down even though Fraud had fought at 154 prior, or how about completely avoiding and Martinez even though both of them said they could make 154 to fight Fraud. Or should I call him IV Needle, since he liked to stick himself with illegal IV's to hide his PED use, you know the same way Lance Armstrong used to hide his?
