Is the Manny retrospective going on permanently? Unless you are Philpino MP had to have lost any real interest about a decade ago.

I get it...he is one of the GOAT, top 15 ever, maybe higher than Floyd, but he isnt interresting at all anymore.

    Enough.

No, this is not a smart sentence.

In100 or 200 years from now on people will still remember Pac unless someone broke his 8 weight divisions champion and 5 lineal weight divisions champion records. Probably nobody will.

I just think they are trying to be nice....Sugar Ray Robinson, Willie Pep, Armstrong are pretty much considered the best of all time...with SRR usually number one.

TBH any list that doesnt have SRR as TBE just isnt credible.

No credible boxing expert, fan etc. would ever have Manny or Floyd number one....top 20 definitely both.

Pac gave it all, all the time. Regardless of where you rank him in an all time list, he is an ATG 100% and we will never see another fighter like him in our lifetime. Boxing will miss Pacquiao for sure

Alvarez is in the shallow end of great. Closer to ODLH Trinidad

than he is Floyd & manny

Alvarez doesn’t dominate or destroy opponents

Naoya Inoue is on this list? Really?

Why not Chocolatito instead? He's more deserving.

I'm not sure I follow. What would you like to us to say? Most, if not all Manny fans, are being extremely supportive and complimentary of him. Even in defeat. I'm not sure exactly as to how that's two-faced. Wouldn't two-faced be turning on him and acting like we were never fans in the first place?

I’d like to see manny fight again at lower weight classes. 140 135 or so would be cool

I'm not Filipino but my interest has remained as high as it was since he emerged onto the national scene many years ago. That never changed for me.

He remained an absolute warrior, an action packed fighter, stayed relevant at the highest level of the sport right up until the very end. Not sure why I would have reason to lose interest in a living legend.

But yes, overall interest in him did wane noticeably in recent years. That said, even his worst PPVs would be the best for a guy like, well, Terence Crawford. No disrespect to Crawford btw.
