Idk. I wasn't even really scoring rounds after the first few. I was drinking and getting deep into a 12 pack.
It sure felt like he didn't win many. I mean all of the rounds just about were very competitive -- yet Ugas seemed to out point Manny clearly in the majority of them. All night Ugas landed the clear, eye catching shots. Meanwhile as hard as Manny tried (and he left it all out there), he just could not land cleanly. There was a lot of output from Manny. A lot of volume and quantity. But very little quality. Ugas was killing him with the jab.

I had it 7 rounds to 5 but easily could see 8 rounds to 4. Were times Manny could predict when Ugas was about to throw but because of his age, couldn’t use his legs to move out the way or move in like he usually does. Ugas, being the good fighter he is, got Manny good with the looping right hook and jab.
Even if he was interested in a rematch, it wouldn't go any better. Manny tried his hardest for 12 rounds to land a fight changing shot and couldn't do so. It was futile. In fact Ugas may very well stop Manny in a rematch. He was landing cleanly. Often. As the fight went on, Ugas seemed less and less concerned about Manny's power. He'd almost assuredly be more aggressive in rematch. And while Ugas doesn't have dynamic power obviously, he still stunned Manny on a few occasions and did damage.
