Pacquiao to a fault is too truthful. If he says he got cramps, he got cramps.

would explain his lack of movement in the fight.

doesnt matter he was taking a lot of shots and that’s what cost him the fight..

biggest excuse is that he took a 2 year layoff and is 42 years old.

    all legit imo.

The last time Roach did that, it got him fired (Horn).

Freddie so dam two faced it’s funny, one minute he can stop anyone at 147 because he looks so good to now I see signs where he’s not the same. Get the *** outta here. Ugas a good solid dude whom I had picked to upset Manny, but my problem is with fake ass Freddie always talking **** and think he deserves a pass because he has Parkinson’s. Manny was great! Time for both of you to move on.

When I saw Manny looking up at the highlights on the big screen while sitting on the stool in his corner I knew he had already lost. This was in the early rounds too I think.

I didn't think Pacquaio looked great but he wasn't using his legs not sure if cramped was what Manny meant to say. but his legs are a lot older. I thought it was a really close fight still, I was almost surprised they didn't call it a draw.

With the way Manny was calling low blows for fair shots , I’m guessing leg cramps were actually back cramps.

i noticed him grab his hip after getting pushed and thought he’d strained his groin but there was no way Pac was going to win

At Manny's age you're starting to have more off nights than not. A sub-optimal performance against Ugas doesn't neccesarily preclude the chance of him having one more good fight left in him, but if he decides to call it quits, nobody is going to begrudge him anything.

He lied on the form that he was injured then told us after he lost to Floyd. He’s also blamed losses on socks.

how is that honest to a fault?

Is he old? Yes, especially at 42-years old and coming off a two-year layoff. Again, do I think that’s the main reason he lost? It was certainly a factor but Ugas’ style played a part as well.

It would have taken the Manny of 2009-2010 to get past that jab and rattle off combinations and get the W. Unfortunately, Pac no longer has the speed and explosiveness necessary to overwhelm bigger guys.
Yes, that sums it all.up nicely; good post.

I didn't read anything there about roach mentioning leg cramps.

How does a fighter go from destroying sparring partners, from having the best camp in years and Freddy claiming he will KO a better fighter than Ugas only to look useless 24 hours later, if I have a race dog that's training the house down for real I will guarantee he will run the race of his life, he wont look like a bag of sht that's for sure.

I will tell you what happened, they placed way too much credit on the Thurman win, they were skipping around claiming Manny just beat the undefeated Thurman,,,,,,,, Thurman was broken that's why he lost, his injuries and major surgery along with years out lowered him to where Manny could scrap in a SD win, it was not a case of Manny rising to a young prime lion which was the narrative Thurman was broken and not 70% of his best form from years ago, Ugas brought it all back to the real world.

Manny is lucky it was Ugas and not Errol, there would be no need for retiring talks he would have been stopped and retired in the ring.
