Cotto never calls anyone out and neither does Floyd, so spare us the Biased opinion...If anything Floyd always says "all they gotta do is call my name and its on" and we all know thats bull because many threats have called him out and he ignores it and blames it on money.
We have all seen the video clip of Floyd being asked about Cotto...his response was "I will retire from boxing, boxing wont retire me".

c'mon.... you know cotto ducked floyd at 140 lbs. floyd/brussels was supposed to set up floyd/cotto.

Nah, Floyd is scare of the whole WW division. Floyd doesn't fight Welterweights since 2006 when he fought the dude with 9 losses.

yep he went and fought Grampa at 154 and then defended his WW tilte with a light WW and then he retire for 2 years instead of unifying titltes at WW or fighting any of the WWs

and now that P. Williams is a MW, Mosley loss to Cotto,Cotto got plastered by Margo and Margo loss to Mosley and got suspended for trying to cheat, Mayweather have the perfect excuse not to fight any of them.

Like I said before Floyd is scare of the whole WW division

So according to pullcounter. In 2005, at the time Floyd was fighting Bruseles, Cotto was "holding all the cards"...lol
Cotto could have made it happen against Floyd "MONEY" Mayweather?
FLOYD HELD THE CARDS AND FOR MANY YEARS AFTER WARDS HELD THE CARDS,
FLOYD COULD HAVE MADE IT HAPPEN IF HE WANTED AND WE ALL KNOW THIS.
This reminds me of Hoya saying he couldnt get a rematch with Trinidad, even though everyone knew Hoya held the cards and controlled the situation, just like Floyd.

Arum and Evangelista both saw what Floyd did to Bruseles and did not want to ruin Cotto. So they decline the fight with Floyd. COTTO DECLINED TO FIGHT FLOYD NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

i don't want to see floyd and cotto...too easy of a fight for floyd...it would probably be boring anyway...cotto simply gets his face rearranged for 10 rounds...then gets a multiple choice question for the remaining rounds...

                  A. fight and get ko'ed
                  B. fight and lose a wide margin decision
                  C. quit now

for his sake...i hope he chooses C...

Can it be said once and for all that Floyd is scurred of the big bad Rican?
