Yes I am a person with two eyes that can see one bicep is deformed compared to the other, I understand that if I saw that on one of my racing dogs I would be very concerned.

Dont get so hung up on " torn bicep" there are many injuries that it could be other than a torn bicep. are you say it looked perfect to you, or it looks like something but not a torn bicep.

People have different muscle insertions. Also he could have had an old injury to his bicep years a ago that left it looking like that after it healed.

It doesn't look like a tear or rupture to me it looks more like a bad injection spot that hasn't been massaged properly or an abscess.

Ugas injected something in his bicep maybe for weight issues. It's nothing major, just a swelling. If you've been injected before sometimes when it's not done right it swells. It's not a fracture or anything. No worries whatsoever.

I don't think its a tear if it was it'd be rolled towards his shoulder and accompanied with a lot of bruising and I doubt he'd be flexing it.

Obviously something isn't right but I don't think its a tear but I am not a medical professional.
