It doesn't look like a tear or rupture to me it looks more like a bad injection spot that hasn't been massaged properly or an abscess.

Dont get so hung up on " torn bicep" there are many injuries that it could be other than a torn bicep. are you say it looked perfect to you, or it looks like something but not a torn bicep.

They don't vaccinate down there lol. there is lots of things wrong that it could be, we will have to see what comes out of it as its all over the internet they going to have to address it let's see what they come up with.
