Comments Thread For: Kavaliauskas: Was Thinking I Was Going To End Fight In Second Round, Ortiz Is A Warrior

Just like Kava hurt Crawford? The big difference here is, that when Ortiz got hurt, he didn't fold, he actually picked it up and went for the kill, not just try to survive like Haney did. That's the difference here, in boxing, sooner or later you will get popped, it's how you react to when that moment happens, which separates the men from the boys.

Ortiz got hurt and held on for dear life while his opponent threw unanswered punches at him, don't act like he immediately started going to war and returning punches...

Styles make fights and that was a great fight. That said, all of the top 5 welterweights beat Ortiz and Crawford, Ennis and Spence eat him up.
