He is great for boxing. Good charisma and personality seems to be long gone in boxing. Casimero brings his personality to the mic and action in fights.
I don’t care if he is sloppy, we need boxers that can entertain us. Even if they are badly flawed. In boxing, we need multiple styles or else it will be boring eventually.
Fans pick and choose who they want to ridicule for the lack of skill or technique they have. I stick to my guns and stand behind my support for “wild” and entertainment for every fighter. I hate to see posters critique fighters they don’t like, and then praise a fighter they support
Wilder is no different than Casimero in terms of being wild and going for the KO or get KO’ed. But some fans don’t like Wilder supposedly because of lack of skill, which is nonsense. Fans just pick and choose who they root for based who they like in general.
Paul Williams also comes to mind. He was just a swarmer. A lot of fans did not like him supposedly due to his lack of boxing skills. He was exciting to watch. But the praise does not apply to him or boxers like him for some reason.
The majority of fans are just awfully inconsistent with who they root for, regardless of styles.
