Thoughts On Casimero

He is great for boxing. Good charisma and personality seems to be long gone in boxing. Casimero brings his personality to the mic and action in fights.

I don’t care if he is sloppy, we need boxers that can entertain us. Even if they are badly flawed. In boxing, we need multiple styles or else it will be boring eventually.

Fans pick and choose who they want to ridicule for the lack of skill or technique they have. I stick to my guns and stand behind my support for “wild” and entertainment for every fighter. I hate to see posters critique fighters they don’t like, and then praise a fighter they support

Wilder is no different than Casimero in terms of being wild and going for the KO or get KO’ed. But some fans don’t like Wilder supposedly because of lack of skill, which is nonsense. Fans just pick and choose who they root for based who they like in general.

Paul Williams also comes to mind. He was just a swarmer. A lot of fans did not like him supposedly due to his lack of boxing skills. He was exciting to watch. But the praise does not apply to him or boxers like him for some reason.

The majority of fans are just awfully inconsistent with who they root for, regardless of styles.

Reminds me of Hamed. May be a bit better because made Rigo run but Rigo is 40. There will be a Barrera for him - Donaire or Inoue

This. Donaire is a thinking fighter with power and chin.

That triangle theory on Rigo-Casimero-Donaire is BS. Why?

Mthalane made Casimero quit. Donaire KOed Mthalane. That's why.

That's going to be kyptonite for this old-version of Nonito Donaire. Who just doesn't have that speed/power combination that he had as a young fighter. His punch resistance is questionable as well.

Nonito, I can see getting taken to the tough rounds and getting downed..

              Idk what the means.

But I don't think this Donaire has it in him. He's an old dog and can't take much punishment these days.

I could be wrong though. Maybe he does a Hopkins and schools the young guy but I can't imagine it. As much as I like Donaire.
