If your opponent is using lateral movement, you cut the ring off

What a dumbass take you guys have, you're awarding Casimero for not being offensively good enough and punishing Rigo for not fighting the way Casimero was more comfortable with

This is Donaire all over again, dudes on here were posting the same stuff you're posting after that fight

I fell asleep after a few rounds so I'm just basing it on the first few rounds.

Rigo only landed 44 punches, 40 more than Casimero landed and those 4 came when Rigo was on the floor from a slip lol

how can you say Rigo was the ring general if he was running? He was following Casimero's pace coz Casimero was hunting him so his reaction was to run. you cant be a good general if your intention is to run and not take advantage of bad offense. Casimero dictated the pace. He dictated what Rigo did coz Rigo was afraid as hell to get caught by Casi

Turned the fight off halfway through. Had Casimero up like 5-1.

Easy to score: Rigo wasnt throwing let alone landing. Casimero was landing some grazing blows.

You dont get points for footwork.

Casimero fought the way Rigo wanted him to fight, notnthe other way around. That's ring genralship.

Defense is making your opponent miss and not letting him touch you. It's not like that idiotic basketball analogy you came up with. Another point for Rigo.

Effective aggression. Casimero was more aggressive, but he wasn't effective. Rigo was effective, but he wasn't aggressive. Draw

Hard and clean punches - definitely Rigo. Casimero looked like Wilder in there at times when he swung his punches in the air.

So that's 3 to nothing for Rigo.

But there's also the fifth criteria, not hurting the fans' feelings. It's worth 10 points and Casimero won that one so overall 10-3 for Casimero.

nah. Casimero fights like that. He is a hunter and Rigo was the hunted. Rigo was running coz he is afraid of Casi. Casi was the ring general.

the f. Defense is when you try to engage and try then avoid the punches of the other. Not run with no intention to engage. If Running is defense then you can run and not engage then you can win the "FIGHT"? WTF how can you say it is a fight if you dont intend to engae.

How can Rigo be effective if he is not even throwing punches? This is pro boxing and hurt business. You can effective if you hurt your opponent. Casi hurt Rigo more time than Rigo did. He was not even covering up coz Rigo is doing pitty punches. You cant do that in pros

Hard clean puncher for Rigo? haha Suck Rigo's d. hahaha
