    Ugas is a good replacement!

Lets be honest Spence and Crawford never wanted that smoke and Ugas clearly beat Porter and was robbed and denied a rematch so I am glad he gets another opportunity. This is a rare time these days that something right happens in boxing!

I get people will be bummed but Ugas is a solid as **** fighter and people might point too early losses but some were bs and he's clearly much improved since then. Everything about Ugas is deceptive. His record, power, everything.

Dangerous fight and idgaf if you're an ATG or what you don't want to be taking on quality Cuban opposition on let alone on short notice that has been preparing for you. Once again props to Manny.
I like this fight. A lot of fans still sleep on Ugas he is a quality fighter, period.

He came up in the Cuban system and has seen countless southpaws. He has a better track record vs southpaws than Spence if we're honest.
This might be an even more difficult fight for Manny. We still aren't 100 where Spence is at and I think he quite clearly wasn't having a great camp.

I honestly don't think there is a WW out there that has it easy with Ugas. I'm not saying he is elite or P4P but what I will say is he is world class, extremely well rounded and will give anyone all they can handle and then some.

I know I'm probably in the minority but I am looking forward to this one. Very rare a fighter takes on a late replacement anywhere near the level of Ugas.

I agree. Ugas is going to beat Pac in the ring. He's better than the ghost of Thurman that Pac went life and death with two years ago.

I think Pacman will win it. What are the betting odds? Pac must be a huge favorite in this one. Ugas who?

I'm annoyed as heck spence fight off. Even if pac beats ugas he will get less credit. But again it will be a great win if pac can beat ugas

It is a good replacement. A unified champion gets injured and is replaced with a world champion. Can't complain too much really. Ugas is a good fighter. It's still all fishy as fook though. Just like we said they wanted to screw Canelo. Haymon gets 4 fights with superstars for Fox rather than 2.

It’s bullshyt. Manny now has to fight for his own title that was gifted to Ugas.

He is. The Spence fallout is a punch in the gut but people forget Ugas was robbed of a real title belt against Porter. He's no cake walk for anyone and worthy of this opportunity.

Still stoked for Manny's comeback fight either way
