1. The travel bans (there were 3 of them) to which you make reference weren't bans on non-white travellers. Those 90-day bans imposed visa and travel restrictions on people from countries established by the State Department and Intel Community (IC) as special interest alien (SIA) countries. These SIA countries were targeted not because they are "colored" countries, but because they have been determined by the IC to be high-risk state sponsors of anti-American and anti-West terrorism. Altogether, the three bans targeted 13 different countries (Eritrea, Iran, Kyrgistan, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Venezuela and Yemen). You could fairly argue that these bans directly targeted ******s, but saying it targeted "people of color" is silly and disingenuous. How many black and brown people do you find in Kyrgistan, Syria and N. Korea?
2. There was nothing unconstitutional about the Trump travel bans, or a border wall. You have not read the U.S. Constitution if you believe that it establishes rights for non-U.S. citizens. The Executive has both the authority and the obligation to control/restrict immigration and travel into this country in the interest of national security, and no foreigner has any right at all to a visa or even amnesty in the U.S. These are privileges extended by the U.S. State Department which acts in accordance with directives from the Executive. There was certainly partisan disagreement about the legality of the bans at the time, but, in case you didn't know, Trump's travel bans were upheld by the Supreme Court as constitutional.
