Caleb plant needs to stfu he waited 10 months to fight canelo, when he could have fought benavidez or chudinov or dirrell but he is waiting for a payday, on top of all that he hurt is hand his last fight, so canelo is right in asking for a guaranteed amount if he pulls out.

2019 he was set to fight Kovalev in Sept, until WBO forced Kovalev to fight his mando instead. Canelo postponed the date to accommodate Kovalev mando, then faced him 2 months later.

2020 he was in the middle of his contract dispute and trying to break free from GBP; of course no fight was booked during that time. And We all know what happened this year. It's fair to say that all 3 delays have been Canelo's fault.

Not a ggg fan, but he ended up in 2 very close, disputed fights with Cinnamon. Til this day some people still argue ggg won both fights. How you can sit up here and pretend Canelo has dispatched every fighter who's disagreed with him is laughable.

While some of you are harsh about Plant. He has a realistic reason here. And I don't think he'll do that bad with fighting Alvarez. I just want to see these fights. Getting tired of the politics.

Canelo is straight up a diva but how do you discredit him winning three belts at 168 and one more to go? So all belt holders at 168 are all bums??

All credit to Canelo, he puts on a show for the fans at any weight that he’s at. I just don’t feel the fighters he’s faced the past few years are exactly quality. It just a weak era right now, there’s no one really that’s legitimately ppv quality. Caleb Plant and BJ Saunders are supposed to have been the best at super middle. Those guys are showtime cable tv or fox Saturday night fights quality.

Canelo’s guaranteed income demand is ridiculous and unfair but he’s the the cash cow right now. It’s a mob-like negotiation stance, telling you “do you know who I am.” Someone will fall for it.
