Well, he's gonna fight the man who actually dropped Crawford. Vergil wants all the smoke. You can tell it by looking at his resume.

Does Crawford want to fight Ortiz? Also a good question.

I think fighters should stop paying so much attention to people on social media who are couch potatoes, who are living in mom's basement, constantly criticizing everyone and everything because they hate their lives so much. Just a thought....

Okay he got rid of Hooker but I really don't think he looks ready for Bud. He's great when he's unloading but his boxing is a few levels beneath TC. I'm sure he's not 'scared' but at the same time he's not quite ready.

Top Rank Matchmaker Bruce Trampler confirmed it was BS and that Ortiz was never even offered or even discussed

Idiots on youtube just make up some BS just to hate on Ortiz

The reality is Bud has very little to gain from defeating Ortiz. I remember prior to Canelo vs Mayweather it was Nelo who called out May but, after the fight many were making excuses that Canelo was too inexperienced to beat veteran Mayweather. Consequently resulting in Mayweather Not receiving the credit he rightfully deserved. Same thing gunna happen if Bud fights Virgil. After Bud schools him (and make no mistake he will take him to school) it will be the same old excuses "Ortiz was too young, Ortiz wasn't ready, Ortiz had the wrong strategy, Ortiz wasn't adequately prepared, etc." Now, feel free to refer to this preview after TC dominates Virgil Ortiz

WHY?? Two young and undefeated WW contenders on the brink of stardom not to mention, being avoided by big names.
It’s no secret at least in the knowledgeable boxing world that Ennis has the tools to beat Crawford or any of the big names. Ortiz is building a reputable name for himself, why not establish and solidify themselves against The Who’s who of WW before fighting each other?

Ortiz ducking Crawford? Fools say anything to hate on somebody don't like. He's still young and coming up. Let the young man develop. There's a process to this just like there has been for every other fighter that has become a star. Too much hating going on nowadays.
