Those are four fights after losing to Floyd and a couple of years after so was he still green and inexperienced then?
I truly wonder if boxing fans even know the sport they truly proclaim they follow. When elite fighters face elite fighters it’s rare that you witness domination or KOS. They are typically highly contested, tactical fights. Some choose to also see what they want to see. Biased and skewed views due to fanboidom allows one to see fights through a tunnel with a singular outcome. I don’t know if it’s hatred or just the internet age. However there is something universally shared amongst those in the know within boxing; Canelo is the PFP king and until there’s a boxer (which always comes when the torch is passed) he will remain the top boxer in all of boxing. He is by far the most watched, highest skilled, most accomplished and highest earning champion.

And I agree with you . One of the best examples of such a fight with is the Cotto vs Floyd fight. It was a great fight and a testament to Cotto’s resilience and toughness. He gave Floyd everything he could and came out a winner despite the loss.

I hope you understood my comment regarding the same fans and how they try to diminish another boxer’s win. The hate is toxic and pathetic.
Canelo is the Floyd of this generation. Maximum earning power and massive draw. On the verge of becoming the first man to unify the 168 division. To hate on that is just a casual idiot doing what they do best … hate, gossip and posting nonsense.
