Is is safe to say DAZN signing Golovkin did nothing for the sport of boxing?

I'm aware of that. It's a term I used to allow/consider hypotheticals such as what if he signed with PBC, TR, GBP?
Would it have changed things for the sport? What if DAZN let's him go NOW? Would it make him see things differently?

ggg is their worst decision when it comes to pay day. He does not want to fight live opponents and his fights have not generated $$$. There are internal conflicts whenever dazn themselves brought up live opponents like andrade to ggg. It's dazn's fault for throwing $$$ when they broke in. ggg now looks like he is done and will retire with no interesting fights planned. Complete train wreck...

If he would have signed with the PBC, he was set to face Charlo in the second fight of the deal. TR wanted him mainly for Muruta and GGG is getting him in December anyways.

So does the sport change if he signed elsewhere? I mean not really but the Charlo fight would have been the best of the bunch.

Yeah, it is safe to say. It did great for Golovkin's pocket though. Useless investment for DAZN.

Any update on the Murata/Golovkin fight?
            Any announcement from Loeffler yet?
            Why is he hiding?

They threw that deal at GGG because De La Hoya told them he could get Canelo on board for a trilogy fight. Canelo had no obligation to do and had no interest in that fight.
Without that fight there was no fighter that they could put GGG in with to justify what he was making.
Remember half of GGG’s DAZN deal is in stock options. Are they worth anything at this point?

Golovkin didn't lay golden eggs for DAZN.

I thought the main idea behind Golovkin signing with DAZN was to get that third fight with Canelo, but cinnamon wasn't interested.
