They spent millions recruiting this guy.
How much value did DAZN get in return?

Right now he's nowhere to be found.
He doesn't even participate in DAZN's promotional activities.

You are correct! He needs a whole year to prepare for Murata.

It definitely did nothing for DAZN.

Promotional contracts or broadcast rights deals RARELY do anything for the sport of boxing. They typically only do something for the parties to the agreement......

I thought him signing he was going to be more active against better opposition. Neither has happened, very disappointing.

Not mad at GGG, DAZN was throwing away money at the time and he jumped him and got himself a Few Big Paychecks, 2 of them was easy checks vs Szermete and Roll, while the Derevyenchenko fight he had to actually earn his check for that one

Am sure GGG is laughing all the way to the bank, so it does something for him and his bank balance.

If GGG doesn’t fight Andrade and doesn’t get a 3rd canelo fight, then the deal pretty much was great for him financially but will not end helping unify the MW division, which would’ve been great for the sport.

The thing is a lot of people think he won both Canelo fights ( I don’t ) but if you make a ton of money and are believed to have 2 wins over The current consensus #1 p4p boxer you’re winning big time.

Did I hear it correct that he wants another tuneup fight before going to a huge fight?
That was right after dismantling Szeremeta. What has happened to that?
I mean, this guy's sense of entitlement is amazing.
